Clawed Code sits in a small always-on-top window on your desktop. When Claude Code finishes a task, the cat celebrates — you can see it from any app without switching to the terminal.
How does Clawed Code connect to Claude Code?+
Clawed Code installs lightweight hooks into Claude Code with one click. These hooks send status updates to the app automatically — no manual configuration needed.
Can I track multiple Claude Code sessions at once?+
Yes. Each Claude Code session gets its own cat. You can see all your sessions at a glance and know which ones are working, waiting for input, or finished.
Can I customize the cat animations?+
Absolutely. You can upload MP4 videos, GIFs, or Lottie animations for each of the four states (idle, working, needs input, complete). Rive support is planned too.
Is Clawed Code free?+
Yes, completely free. No account required, no subscription, no ads.
Does Clawed Code collect my data?+
Never your code or conversations. The app sends anonymous usage stats (like which features get used) to help improve it, and you can turn that off in Preferences. Full details are in the privacy policy.
What are the system requirements?+
Clawed Code requires macOS 12.0 (Monterey) or later and Claude Code already installed on your machine.
